I'm back!
As I write in the Introduction, History is replete with such meditations. The Tao Te Ching’s eighty-one chapters give pause, as do the Buddha’s sutras. Henry David Thoreau, Mary Oliver, David Whyte, John Kabat Zinn among other poets and writers share eloquently about such moments. Walking in a deep woods with rays of light slicing through groves of trees brings solace. Standing still on a busy city street can calm the mind. And sitting in a café drinking a cappuccino with a friend. Open the book and follow serendipity if you choose or begin with #1. It is a book that will be waiting for you.
I’ll let you know when the book arrives. Let me know if you’d like to preread, become a beta reader. Feedback is always a gift.
